I arrived at Justine's office with severe anxiety. She gave me amazing tools how to handle it and reassured me instantly. My experience with Justine was fantastic. She is so calm, makes you feel comfortable talking about your fears and anxiety. I would highly recommend seeing Justine if you deal with anxiety. She has reduced mine from a 9/10 to a 3/4 within two months. You will gain a real understanding of anxiety and how to deal with it on an everyday basis. I will be forever thankful to her as I was not willing to take medication for it but I have it totally under control now, due to Justine.
