I feel like I'm more in tune with myself and feeling better

Justine was a great help to me and helped me learn a lot about myself through CBT techniques.


We established what my triggers are, and my core beliefs among other things which helped me figure out the causes of my anxiety and what to do to prevent it in future.


Justine is also a great listener and very patient. I feel like I'm more in tune with myself and feeling better because of it due to the work done through these therapy sessions.
