Do you need SUPPORT?

Therapy offers someone the chance to be heard in a non-judgemental, private and confidential setting. The therapist while listening walks with the client in their shoes, the client sharing their experience of what is troubling them in life. Therapy flows at the pace that suits the client - what the client is ready and willing to explore and share. The therapeutic relationship is the trust that builds between client and therapist to enable the client to explore their emotions, thoughts, feelings about the past, the present, and their future.

This therapy approach is called Person-Centred and is non-directive and usually longer-term psychotherapy. Helping someone to unlock deeper rooted issues, maybe experienced a trauma or feeling emotionally traumatised, or are unhappy or unsatisfied with their life, but unsure exactly what direction they need to take.
